This apartment hotel is located in Albal, a modern municipal district. It has a warm, friendly welcoming atmosphere, and is in a state of continual growth and development. Not only does it offer visitors all the facilities and services necessary for a successful stay, but it is also very accessible with Valencia just 5 minutes away (in the direction of Alicante). There are a variety of bar and dining options available in the immediate vicinity of the complex. Similarly links to public transport can also be found nearby. Ciudad de las Artes y Ciencias is just 10 km away. The nearest beach is 8 km away. The airport at Alicante is about 160 km away, while the airport at Valencia is just 15 km away.

The air-conditioned complex consists of 7 apartments spread over 3 floors, and was opened in 2007. It is a testimony to careful design, and is noteworthy as much for the high standards of the fittings as it is of the professional service it offers, tailored to meet the individual needs of guests.
