"Very Nice" Service was great, room was lovely, everything worked well and the hotel itself is a luxury hotel without reeking of baroque stuff. Really a comfortable place to stay. I would say "excellent", but the location is a bit inconvenient.

"Extremely satisfied visitor" Just returned from 3 days in Valencia staying at the Melia Rey Don Jaime. Actually selected the hotel after viewing comments on this site and was not dissapointed. The hotel was extremely clean and the room was cool and relaxing.with everything you need provided. The rooftop pool was a bonus with comfortable sun loungers available. The breakfast room was light and airy and a good choice of food was available. The hotel position is a little out of the centre, but regular buses run from just outside the hotel at 1 euro per trip or a 20 minute walk will take you to the centre.

"Excellent" My wife and I stayed for a week at the Beatriz Rey Don Jaime (formerly Melia Rey Don Jaime) hotel at Valencia and we were pleasantly surprised. Perhaps because of the recent change from the Melia group to the Beatriz group personnel of this hotel did everything to pamper their guests. Also facilities of this hotel were complete and very good. In our opinion this four star hotel should be rated as a five star hotel. As we are accustomed to a continental breakfast we hardly used the ample breakfast buffet and found - for what w4e used -, the breakfast price of € 12 per person rather steep. However, just around the corner of the hotel we found a coffeeshop where we could obtain a breakfast to our taste at a quarter of the hotel price.
