This hotel is located directly next to the Botanical Gardens and lies in Valencia's historic centre, near the Barrio de Carmen, the artists' quarter. Links to the public transport network, the city centre, the MUVIM (Valencia's museum of illustration and modernity), the IVAM (Valencia institute of modern art), and the Sao Pio museum can all be reached in a few minutes on foot. Guests will reach the beach in approximately 2 km and the Ciudad de las Artes in some 4 km. Valencia's international airport lies some 15 km from the hotel.

The cosy hotel building looks back on 170 years of history. Its renovation combined the old charm with modern standards, and it offers a total of 16 rooms spread across four floors. Facilities on offer in this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a hotel safe, lift access, a cafe, a bar, and a restaurant.
