The hotel is located in the Ingruinsa industrial zone, near the city centre and the Parcsagunt industrial estate, next to the port facilities and the Ciudad de las Artes Escenicas (centre for theatrical arts). It is close to the castle and Sagunto amphitheatre, and enjoys an ideal location from which to discover the rich historic legacy of the city. In addition to this there are some wonderful beaches just 500 m away, which have been awarded with the Blue Flag for the quality of their waters. The hotel offers ideal access to the capital of Valencia, 30 km away, by all methods of transport. Valencia Airport and Alicante Airport are 30 km and 200 km away respectively.

This modern city hotel was opened in 2007 and is equipped with the latest technology. It is fully air-conditioned and comprises a total of 100 fully equipped accommodation units. There is a range of facilities available, including an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, lift access, a cafe, a restaurant, Internet access/WLAN, room and laundry services, a business centre and parking for those arriving by car, some in a garage. The business centre, where guests can hold meetings, banquets and a range of other events, offers capacity for a maximum or 220 people.From the capital, Valencia, drive towards Castellon Barcelona. Then follow directions to Sagunto and continue towards Puerto de Sagunto. Once there, follow directions towards Ingruinsa industrial estate. The hotel is located at the entrance to the estate.
