The hotel is located directly opposite the exhibition centre within the grounds of the Tactica business park in Valencia. Valencia itself can comfortably be reached by car or public transport (about 4 km away). Within a radius of approximately 5 km, guests will reach the Feria de Valencia with the famous Ciudad de las Artes y las Cicencias, shops, and the Palacio de Congressos. Valencia airport is about 8 km away, a beach can be reached in around 15 km, and Alicante airport lies some 175 km from the hotel.

Opened in 2006, the hotel comprises a total of 97 full equipped rooms, of which 5 are suites. It is air-conditioned and offers a lobby area with 24-hours reception desk, lift access, safe, cafe, restaurant, conference facilities, Internet access, private garage, bussiness centre and Thalasso centre. Room and laundry services are offered.
